To get that aromatic and delectable warm drink, you need to grind the beans. This unit uses a ceramic disc grinder to ensure that each bean is sufficiently ground to get the maximum flavor possible. If you need to froth milk, the Rapid Steam technology turns cold milk frothy before you can say cappuccino!
The required voltage is 120V or 1250W 60Hz to grind, heat, froth and dispense any number of tasty drinks. With a footprint of 12W x 15.5D x 15H in inches, this unit is indeed compact. One great feature that has not yet been noted about the Saeco Incanto is that almost any sized cup can be used. The dispensing head is adjustable and can be removed for cleaning. Speaking of cleaning, the machine will need to be decalcified every so often. This is done due to hard water build up and the best part is that you don’t have to know when it’s time to do this because the machine will let you know. The machine also keeps track of how many cups it has dispensed.

The boiler material is stainless steel to keep internal liquids sanitary; the housing material is metal and the drip tray is plastic. The hopper the beans are stored in is dark as a protective measure from light, air and moisture. The grind settings can be fined tuned so if one likes it a little stronger, it’s not a problem.

You don’t have to use beans, you can use pre-ground if you prefer. Simply pour the grounds into the bypass doser and you are off. You have the ability to adjust for water hardness, to change the temperature of the water, or even return all programmed settings back to factory default settings.
